1. What the service provides

FairWrench provides an automated, AI-assisted informational estimate of whether a repair quote falls within a typical price range, based on reference parts prices and labor times. No mechanic reviews your quote.

This is not a mechanic inspection, vehicle diagnosis, or professional automotive, legal or financial advice. Read our Disclaimer for more about these limits.

2. Your responsibilities

Upload only quotes and other materials you have the right to share. Provide accurate vehicle details and symptom information. Remove personal information that is not needed for the check. You are responsible for your uploads and how you use the report.

3. Payments and Merchant of Record

Each quote check costs $14.99, paid once before analysis. There is no subscription or recurring charge. Refund instructions and our 24-hour money-back guarantee are in our Refund Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries relating to payment and handles returns.

4. Estimates and repair decisions

Reference data and AI-generated estimates may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Actual prices depend on your region, shop, vehicle condition and parts used. We do not promise savings, a particular result, or that a repair is necessary.

You decide what to do with your quote. Consult a qualified mechanic before making repair decisions, especially for safety-related systems.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service and reports are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or error-free estimates. Your statutory rights remain unaffected where these exclusions are not permitted.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VF DIGITAL ASSETS MEDIA LLC's total liability for a claim arising from the service is capped at the amount you paid for the quote check giving rise to that claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including repair costs or lost savings. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

7. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful material, malware, or information you have no right to share. Do not interfere with the service, bypass payment or access controls, attempt to access another person's information, or use the service for fraud, harassment or abuse.

8. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your uploaded materials. You give us permission to process them to provide the service and use de-identified or aggregated information as described in our Privacy Policy. The site's branding, software and original content belong to VF DIGITAL ASSETS MEDIA LLC or its licensors. You may use your report for your own repair decisions and discussions with your shop.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, violations of these terms, security risks, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not remove accrued payment obligations, eligible refund rights or rights that must survive termination.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

11. Changes and contact
